Gardens Policies guide homeowners, and the following situations also require forms to be submitted prior to the activity:

Using any of our common spaces for parties or gatherings- turn in to Board for approval
Making changes to your home (paint, stucco, windows, external doors, roofs, additions, walls, trim, and/or making other changes to the appearance of the home/lot.- turn in to Architectural Control Committee or Board for approval
Holding an estate sale (garage sales are not allowed - read the Estate Sale Policy for details) - turn form in to board for approval
